Tapping Dibs! on a to-do means "I'll do it." It goes on your list, and everyone can see it's yours.
What's dibs day?
Once a week, everyone picks what they'll do. Whatever's left that night gets split up fairly, to whoever has done the least.
What are points?
Every to-do is worth 1, 2, or 3 points, depending on how much work it is. Dibs picks them, so nobody has to argue about it.
Can we take turns on a chore?
Yes. When a chore repeats, open More options and tick Take turns. Each time it comes back, it goes to the next person, and they get a "Your turn" alert.
What's a fair share?
Your part of the week's points. It's even by default. Grown-ups can change it, like for someone working extra shifts.
Does Dibs read all my email?
No. It looks for to-dos, like appointments, school forms, and bills, and skips ads and junk. It keeps just the to-do, the date, and where it came from, never the email itself.
How do I add someone?
Profile, then Invite people. Everyone gets their own code to join. Kids and anyone without a phone can be added too.
Who sees what?
Everyone in your home sees the shared list. My pile, and anything Dibs finds in your email and calendar, stay private until you add them.
What does Dibs Plus do?
Dibs reads your calendar and email and adds the to-dos for you, and kids can earn stars toward rewards. Your first month is free.
Will I be charged when the free month ends?
No. There's no card on file. When it ends, you choose: keep Plus, or stay on Free.
